Some items in the shop, such as games or gift cards, will be redeemable in the form of activation codes. This guide will show you how to get your item from the shop, straight to your game library.
Step 1 - Purchasing your item
Head over to the rewards tab to view the shop, choose an item that you want and click purchase. (Make sure you have enough credits in your wallet first by checking the "Wallet" tab underneath the purchase button)
Step 2 - Checkout
After purchasing your item, wait a few moments for the checkout option to appear, click "View Cart / Checkout" to proceed.
Step 3 - Complete Purchase
Click on the purchase button to complete your order.
Step 4 - Claiming your activation code
If you have followed the turtorial correctly, then you should be brought to your inventory page, showing your brand new item. Congratulations!
In order to convert your item from the shop to an activation code, open a support ticket and one of our representitives will be in touch soon!
